Payments don't have to be made up front, BUT I will not send fully completed high-res version of the picture until I receive the payment. Before payment, I will only use relatively low-res (but reasonable) previews to document completion of your commission.REVISIONS
You get three free revisions. You can get extra 3 by paying 5$. Character design commissions get 6 revisions from the start.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Standard artwork should be delivered within about two weeks. Artwork with more than 2 characters or elaborate backgrounds or comic panels - a month. If I don't deliver your picture for twice the regular deadline (a month/two monts) you will get a discount or free commission as an apology.USE
Please don't use my artwork for anything illegal, harmful, for harassment campaigns, hateful conduct. Other than that, go nuts. BUT if you're commissioning a design for merchandise or publication (print or digital comics) that you will be selling, remember to ask about commerical use - it costs 20$ extra. Assets that simply form a part larger of content - streams (and stream emotes), videos, games - do not need Commercial Use option.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full copyright to any artwork I create in your name. If you want to talk about transferring some of these rights in exchange for paying me extra ("work for hire") DO tell me ahead of time.You promise to not feed my artwork into any generative AI model for purposes of editing, training, or anything else. Also, you are not allowed to sell my commissions as NFTs or use them to promote any project related to blockchain or cryptocurrency.REFUNDS
